We are pleased to welcome you as our guests. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask you to observe these house rules.
The house rules serve to protect the apartment, the neighborhood and your safety. In case of violations, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement.
The entrance door must always be closed.
By moving into the apartment, you accept these house rules.

Please contact us by phone or email upon arrival. Earlier and later check-in times are possible by arrangement.
Unless otherwise agreed, departure must take place by 11:00 AM at the latest on the day of departure.

We ask for consideration for the neighborhood. Quiet hours must be observed:
From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Please avoid loud music, loud talking and other noises during quiet hours.
Holiday Apartment Auerose is a non-smoking accommodation. The entire apartment is a non-smoking area. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.
Cigarette butts may only be thrown into the designated containers.
Important: Throwing cigarette butts or other items from the terrace or from the window into the courtyard or onto the street is strictly prohibited.
The apartment is designed for a maximum of 2 people. Additional persons are only possible after prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
Overnight stays by unregistered persons are not permitted.
Any change in the number of occupants, especially if more people than booked, must be announced at least 2 days in advance by email or phone.
Pets are not allowed in the holiday apartment.
We expect careful handling of the interior furnishings and items provided on site. Please treat the furnishings and equipment carefully.
Please do not carry furniture outside, nor outdoor furniture (garden chairs and tables) into the apartment.
Please do not reprogram electronic devices such as televisions.
Please wash dishes, cutlery, pots and pans before departure and do not store dirty kitchen items in the cabinets. This way, the next guests will always find a clean kitchen.
After using the clothes dryer, please empty the condensate container and clean the lint filter.
Before leaving the apartment, close all windows and doors and check that all lights and electrical appliances (stove, oven, television, etc.) are turned off.
Cleaning:
Interim cleanings for multi-week stays take place every 14 days. Final cleanings take place on the day of departure from 11:00 AM. If guests wish additional cleanings, these will be charged at a flat rate of 50 EUR net each. We also reserve the right to perform additional cleaning services in case of heavy soiling of the apartment due to careless handling by guests and to charge a flat rate of 50 EUR net each.
Waste separation must be observed. Paper and old glass should only be pre-sorted into the designated baskets/bins and later disposed of in the corresponding containers.
Important: The disposal of plastic/packaging (yellow bin) and residual waste (gray/black bin) is usually handled by the responsible waste companies, but only if separation was done correctly. If separation is not done correctly, a special disposal company will be engaged by us, which costs extra and will be charged separately to all residents.
Please do not dispose of food waste in the toilet, shower or sink. Use the designated waste container instead.
Please dispose of your waste regularly in compliance with waste separation and in any case upon departure in the corresponding containers.
The accommodation must be adequately ventilated throughout the year. Please note that open windows must be secured and closed in case of cold, wet weather or storms.

Important: Turn off the heating when the window is open.
Please use energy and water responsibly. When leaving the apartment, lights and electrical appliances must be turned off and radiators turned down (level "1"). Close the windows.
Downloading and distributing copyrighted content is expressly prohibited.
Should the Efthimiou family (Holiday Apartment Auerose) be exposed to claims by third parties for any reason due to misuse of the house internet connection by the user, the user is obliged to hold the Efthimiou family (Holiday Apartment Auerose) harmless and free from claims.
Should damage occur, we ask you to notify the landlord immediately. Only in this way can the damage be remedied as quickly as possible and proper handover of the accommodation to future guests be ensured. Depending on the severity of the damage and especially in case of unreported damage, these will be charged to the guest afterwards.
Any kind of damage or equipment failures must be reported immediately to the Efthimiou family (Holiday Apartment Auerose).
The tenant is liable for damage caused by improper use.

Important Note:
Public urination (especially in the courtyard, against the house wall and in the immediate vicinity of the house) outside the designated sanitary facilities is strictly prohibited and will be punished with a fine of 100 EUR. If a resident is repeatedly caught urinating in public, they must move out on the same day.
Violations of these house rules generally result in a warning.
In case of repeated violations, immediate termination may occur. In this case, no refund of already paid rental amounts will be made.
